Calling all potential Malaysian graduates with interest in Science and Technology (S&T) to further study at Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST).

JAIST was founded in October 1990 as the first independent national graduate school, to carry out graduate education based on research at the highest level in advanced science and technology. JAIST has concluded MoU with Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Universiti Malaya (UM), Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM), Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) and recently with Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN).

ELIGIBILITY

a. Malaysian citizen and a passport holder

b. Hold a bachelor’s degree in the area of advanced science and technology by October 2017

c. Pursuing prominent research career

SCHOLARSHIP POSSIBILITY

a. Tuition fee half-reduction (by application)- 267,900 JPY
