State Bell Ringer applications are due by November 22, 2026

The PDF application and rules PDF links are below. The entries will need to be accompanied by a 5" x 7" professional photo of the animal with the application. The photo and application can be in PDF format so original photos are not necessary.

Once judged for state consideration, all applications will then be forwarded to the National Contest for national consideration.
