Welcome to the Marpol Ridge Homeowners' Association! Established in 1978

We have 177 residential homes in our neighborhood association.

All RV's, boats, cars & trailers of any kind, must be parked off of the street in your driveway. If on side yard of your home they must be no further forward than the front of your house.

All homes in the association are governed by CC&R (found under documents) bylaws written & recorded with Multnomah County office in Portland Oregon in 1978.
