Thank you for looking at my site. Life doesn't come with an instruction manual and taking the first step to seeing a counsellor can be daunting.

During times of difficulty we can suppress our emotions and sometimes hide behind a mask. We attempt to show a brave face to the outside World. We hope things will improve. In reality, if changes are not made the situation can become worse.

We can feel overwhelmed and lost. Sometimes speaking to someone outside of our everyday life, someone who will allow us to talk freely and will not judge us, can provide the freedom to see a different perspective and help us realise we do have choices.

So whether you want short term solution focused therapy or longer psychotherapy for more deep rooted difficulties, I can provide the opportunity to help you re-assess your life. You choose the level you work at, frequency and duration. Areas I work with include: anger, anxiety, bereavement, grief, depression, addiction, life/career crisis, panic attacks, relationships, stress, trauma.

I provide telephone or online therapy via Skype. If you are considering therapy I suggest a 40 minute initial consultation. This provides us with an opportunity to briefly the issues and how it effects your life. I explain how therapy works and what can be gained. I'm happy to answer any questions. At the end of the consultation you decide whether they want to work with me or alternatively give the matter more thought. There is no obligation and no pressure
