Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month and are considered late on the 10th of each month.

COA Board of Directors
Elected each October at the Annual Meeting, the COA Board of Directors in responsible for the financial administration, capital planning and governance of the condominium owners association. This volunteer Board typically meets monthly though the location, dates and times of monthly meetings may be adjusted to accommodate the schedules of the Board Members (to ensure a quorum) or meetings may be cancelled when there are no significant agenda items which require discussion or decision. Additionally, meetings may be conducted via telephone or video conference. Meeting dates and times are posted on our community calendar.
Unit owners are invited to attend the Board meetings to provide their input on topics or issues concerning the building. Members wishing to place an item on the agenda for discussion should contact one of the Board Members or email 1301market@gmail.com at least 1 week prior to the established meeting dates.
