Community Website Relaunch

10/24/2022 - Following discussion at our Annual Meeting on October 8th, the "old" Market Street Lofts website has been revamped and relaunched. The site has been updated to include information important to owners and residents of the 1301 community and serve as a digital gateway to prospective owners and residents. In addition to access to our covenants, by-laws and rules, the Resources section contains budget and assessment details and copies of COA board meeting minutes. Check the Calendar of Events for community happenings or COA meeting dates and times and take a look at the History page to learn more about our location's importance to the rail industry in Chattanooga.
