Youth ERA

Youth ERA is a youth led non profit devoted to helping young adults ages 14-25 successfully transition into adulthood. YMO has leadership groups, Drop in centers and youth support partners on wraparound teams to assist and empower young adults as they work to navigate and improve youth serving systems.

Recovery Outreach Community Center

Run for peers and by peers, Recovery Outreach Community Center (ROCC) is vibrant drop-in community center open 365 days a year, where you can stop by to chat, use computers, imbibe some coffee, and generally stay involved in the mental health recovery community. At ROCC, peers lead support groups where people build lifelong connections and friendships. ROCC also offers a wide variety of activities, ranging from making art and practicing acting, to going on trips to the beach or the mountains. Oregon Family Support Network

OFSN is a statewide organization serving the needs of parents or direct caregivers raising a child, youth or young adult experiencing emotional, behavioral or mental health challenges.

Through one-one peer support services, training/education and advocacy, OFSN works to strengthen and empower families to use their voice to achieve the services and supports they need, and to influence a more responsive system of care for children and families in Oregon.

Dual Diagnosis Anonymous

DDA is a peer support group based on an authorized version of the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous plus an additional 5 Steps that focus on mental illness and substance abuse. DDA's unique 12 Steps Plus 5 Program offers hope for achieving the promise of recovery.

Mid-Valley Behavioral Care Network

The Mid-Valley Behavioral Care Network (BCN) is a managed behavioral healthcare organization serving Oregon Health Plan (OHP) Members. BCN prioritizes member input and voice through it's Consumer Advocate Team meetings which meets the first Tuesday of each month. Additionally the Peer Network Program Coordinator ensures BCN keeps consumer voice and choice as well as funding Consumer Run Organizations to ensure that a robust mental health and addiction recovery community is available for Oregon Health Plan Members in our region.

Additionally BCN has an access line to connect members to clinical mental health services at 503-361-2778.

Recovery International

Recovery International provides peer led weekly self-help meetings where we learn practical cognitive-behavioral tools to manage angers, anxieties, phobias, fatigues, hopelessness and more so that we might lead more peaceful productive lives. Our meetings are a safe, confidential place of support among peers.

Health and Human Services

Marion County Community and Provider Services offers peer support in our Community Integration Initiative (CII); our Peer Wellness Program for individuals and our Rental Assistance Program (RAP). We also provide trained volunteer facilitators in Consumer Care Partnerships (CCP) who support individuals in a team approach based on Wraparound philosophy and principles.

Mental Health Association of Oregon

Mental Health Association of Oregon (MHAO) is a peer-run state 501(c)(3) nonprofit which has been in existence in various capacities since the 1970s. MHAO brings more than 35 years of experience as a consumer-run advocacy, education and networking organization.

Northwest Human Services - H.O.A.P.

Since 1986, HOAP has supported Salem’s adult homeless population, directly addressing immediate needs including medical, dental, food, showers, clothing, peer support, and case management provided in a safe environment that allows individuals to connect with peers through valuable social activities and support groups.

HOAP is Salem’s only centrally-located community mental health drop-in resource center that provides outreach, advocacy, and support to adults experiencing the effects of emotional distress and/or mental health issues associated with chronic or at-risk homelessness.

Peer Recovery Services

Oregon State Hospital

The Peer Recovery Department at Oregon State Hospital is comprised of employees with lived experience with mental health and/or co-occurring conditions who are trained in peer support. We work side by side with people who are residing in the state psychiatric hospital.

We are here to ensure that their voices about their recovery goals & desires are heard, recognized, & honored throughout their stay here.
