PUPPY INQUIRY APPLICATION 

When the puppies leave our home at 8 weeks:

• Canadian Kennel Club registered purebred Golden Retriever puppies (the Canadian Kennel Club Purebred Dog Certificate of Registration will be mailed to the new owners within 45 days of taking puppy home) 

• registered with the Canadian Kennel Club pet recovery database

• an extensive take home up to date health record signed by our veterinarian to include microchip, their first set of vaccinations and dewormed

• a 2 year warranty and a purchase agreement which includes a spay/neuter agreement

• Trupanion Canada founded in Canada immediate complementary pet insurance coverage upon activation to include unlimited payout for unexpected illness and accidents for 30 days, the ability to pay the veterinarian directly

• puppy package take home kit with a carry bag, toy, collar, puppy food, puppy blanket.

• keepsake binder with a copy of hip, elbow, heart and eye clearances for the sire and dam, copy of the CKC registration certificates for the sire and dam, 4 generation pedigree, pictures of the puppy, the sire, dam and grandparents. 

• booklet containing the following information (including what to do and what not to do):  supplies, feeding, grooming, health, cautions, housebreaking, puppy training, activities, club, phone numbers.
