Welcome!

Dear Staff,

I'll looking forward to starting a small group – just for us staff – to learn and practice skills for overcoming stress & negative emotions.

I'll be sharing skills that are near & dear to my heart – and that also have very promising evidence for improving quality of life enjoyment and decreasing stress and anger – things we all need J.

I’ve been practicing these skills for more than 10 years, and they’ve become a key part of my daily routine. I’d love the opportunity to share them with you!

Warmly,

Adam

“ The method...presented here can be followed equally well in any religion or in none. I think that is the real secret of its appeal. It belongs to no movement, asks for no change of beliefs: it simply allows you to take the ideals you respond to and gradually, gracefully, make them part of your character and your life.”
