Tuition

Tuition is based on the actual cost of operating the school. Parents will pay tuition based on a weekly rate. Tuition for the coming year, based on a non-profit budget is:

Price/week – Full Day Price/week – Half Day

Tuition must be prepaid.

Weekly Tuition is due on the Friday before the start of the following school week. Tuition not paid by Monday morning will result in the child being excluded until payment is received. No discounts will be made for days missed due to non-payment. After two consecutive weeks of non-payment, the child will be considered withdrawn from the program. To reenter the program, a $50 re-registration fee will be required. You are welcome to pay ahead.

For families who choose to pay for at least four (4) weeks ahead, a 5% discount will be applied. You are welcome to pay ahead.

Families may also pay for the entire year of tuition at a 10% discount. Yearly Tuition for the 2018-19 school year is due September 4, 2018. If the yearly rate is not paid in full prior to September 4, 2018, you will be required to select the weekly payment option, or may pay four (4) or more weeks at a time for a 5% discount.

Short weeks: We understand that the school calendar may cause us to have shortened weeks sometimes. In the case of there being three (3) or fewer sessions in any given week, the weekly tuition rate will not be charged for that week. If there are more than three (3) sessions in any given week, the regular weekly rate will apply.

We must maintain strict tuition payment policies to maintain the continuity and quality of our program. If you have trouble meeting your tuition obligation, please contact the secretary, early childhood center director, early childhood teacher, or a member of the Board of Christian Education. Financial assistance and/or special payment arrangements may be available to you. Please ask. We do not wish for any child to be excluded due to financial circumstances, however, we need to be made aware of them so that we may offer assistance.
