Rescheduling/更改上課時間
Lesson times are fixed and are not always possible to reschedule, unless done 24 hours in advance.
如需更改上課時間，請於24小時前提出。
Cancelling of a Lesson/取消課程
Please provide at least 24 hours advance notice by phone, or a 100% of lesson fee charge will apply as a cancellation fee.
須至少於24小時前以電話通知落實，或100%以學費作代通知金。
Severe Weather/惡劣天氣
If there are severe weather conditions (≥ No. 8), students may cancel, postpone, or reschedule without any penalty after calling to confirm the class cancellation.
如遇惡劣天氣（≥8號風球），學生可取消、推遲或重新安排上課時間，並不需支付任何罰款或電話確認取消。
Lateness/遲到
If the tutor is late, the student can choose to extend the lesson or be refunded for the value of the lesson time missed. If the student is late, the lesson time will begin from the time booked.
如導師遲到，學生可以選擇延長上課時間，或要求退還與遲到時間等值的學費。
如學生遲到，以原定的上課時間開始計算。
