Would you like to learn basics of Asian cooking? This course will teach you how to make some of your favorite
Asian dishes from appetizers to stir-fries. The dishes you’ll learn to make may include Spring rolls, Dumplings,
Wonton Soup, Stir-fried Rice, and Kung Pao Chicken, and some class selections. Class members will prepare (and
then enjoy!) each dish from scratch following instructors’ demo. The course will introduce unique Asian ingredients
including spices, sauces and vegetables easily available in your local supermarket, and use cooking utensils
you already own. There is a $15 food supplies fee for the course (cash payable to the instructors). Class is limited to
8 students.
