Thermometers                                                    $7.00    This 5" stem, stainless steel thermometer comes with a case. The 1" dial head is complete with a magnifying lens for easy reading. Reads 0-220F and contains no mercury. 

Cheesecloth, Thick                                             $2.50 ea

    This cheesecloth is about the same thickness as a dishcloth.  It takes longer to drain cheese like Ricotta, but lasts a very long time.  My personal favorite!  About 40" square.

Cheesecloth, Coarse                                           $7.00

   Cheese Cloth for use with hard cheeses. 2 yards of 100% cotton, 60 thread per inch, reusable Cheese Cloth.  Can be used for draining large curd cheeses, lining hard cheese molds for pressing and bandaging your finished cheeses.  Rinse cloth in cold water after use and wash in the washing machine with a mild detergent. May also be boiled to sterilize.
