You can give them the gift of cheesemaking, without needing specific knowledge of what they have or what they need. Or perhaps, they are new to cheesemaking and you would like to get them set up with a Starter Kit. We have a couple of different options for starter kits.
$50 Hard Cheese Starter Kit
Includes thermometer, fine cheesecloth, rennet, mesophilic starter, thermophilic starter, calcium chloride, two pound mold, booklet of hard cheese recipes, and certificate for one free cheese class.
$100 Hard Cheese Starter Kit
Includes thermometer, coarse cheesecloth, fine cheesecloth, rennet, mesophilic starter, thermophilic starter, calcium chloride, two pound mold, one pound red cheese wax, cheese curd knife, 16 quart stainless steel pot, booklet of hard cheese recipes, and certificate for one free cheese class.

Each certificate is for one free cheese class. If you buy four, you will receive the 5th certificate free, making the classes $20 each. If you are interested in a larger quantity, please email for pricing information.
To order gift certificates, please email and let me know what you want. If you wish to use a credit card to pay for your gift certificates, please let me know via email. Right now, I can only accept credit cards through PayPal, using a direct send link. Your gift certificates can be emailed to you or directly to your recipient. Or if your would rather, they can be mailed to you or mailed directly to your recipient with a Christmas Card. If you choose to have the gift certificates sent directly to your recipient, you can include a personalized message to be sent with it.
I am working on getting PayPal set up via the website, but it is not compatible with Google and I am having some trouble getting it working. Thanks for your patience while I get this worked on.
