We are looking for new members to expand our research team at our brand new lab at Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital.
On-going and upcoming research projects include:
Establishing reference resources of cellular gene expression and immune profiles of Asian populations (as part of Human Cell Atlas)
Cellular and molecular responses to different COVID-19 vaccination regimens using Single-cell omics.
Spatial transcriptomic profiles in complex diseases
Molecular mechanisms of plants subjected to climate change stresses
Comparative omic analyses and machine learning approaches for optimisation of microbes for industrial applications

Postdoc(s)
Doctoral degree in in Natural or Computer Sciences, including but not restricted to Molecular Biology, Systems Biology, Bioinformatics, Genetics, Microbiology, Immunology, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science and Engineering
Extensive research experience with relevant publication records
Ability to co-develop and co-lead research projects
Strong motivation and commitment to fundamental research with the goal to expedite real-world applications
English proficiency - IELTS >=6; TOEFL iBT >= 79; TOEFL ITP >= 550; MU grad test >= 80
Preferably with skills and experience in basic to advanced computer programming
Researcher(s)
Master's degree in in Natural or Computer Sciences, including but not restricted to Molecular Biology, Systems Biology, Bioinformatics, Genetics, Microbiology, Immunology, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science and Engineering
Being determined, responsible, and keen to learn new techniques and equipment (e.g., single-cell and spatial omics)
Strong motivation and commitment to fundamental research with the goal to expedite real-world applications
Executing experiments/analyses independently or as part of teams
Handling research-related documentation (e.g., IRB, MTA, DSA)
English proficiency - IELTS >=3; TOEFL iBT >= 29; TOEFL ITP >= 390; MU grad test >= 36
Preferably with skills and experience in basic to advanced computer programming
Project manager(s)/Research assistant(s)
Master's degree in in Natural or Computer Sciences, including but not restricted to Molecular Biology, Systems Biology, Bioinformatics, Genetics, Microbiology, Immunology, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science and Engineering
Being determined, responsible, and keen to learn new techniques and equipment (e.g., single-cell and spatial omics)
Handling and coordinating research-related documentation (e.g., IRB, MTA, DSA)
Excellent skills in research project management and coordination
Coordinating with team members, collaborators, institutional admins
Organising lab's research activities (e.g., lab meetings, procurement, grant reports)
