Here is the tech week schedule! It may be optimistic but it's what we are going with!

Sun. Nov. 4 (10:00am-2:00pm)

• • 10:00 - Crew call

  • 11:00- Cast call

  • 10:00 - 1:30 - Q2Q

  • 1:30-2:00 (hard start time) - Lunch

  • 2:00-6:00 - Remaining Q2Q/Run through - no makeup, no costumes

Mon. Nov. 4 (3:30-9:00pm)

• • 5:00 - All Call

  • 5:00-6:00 - Dinner/costumes/hair/makeup

  • 6:00-8:30- Full run

  • 8:30-9:00- Cleaning/changing out of costumes

Tues. Nov. 5 (1:00-4:00pm)

• • 1:00 - All Call

  • 1:30 - Should be completely in Costumes/Hair/Makeup

  • 1:30-2:30 - Photo call

  • 2:30-3:45 - Full Run (as far as we can get)

  • 3:45 - 4:00 - Cleaning/changing out of costumes

Wed. Nov. 6 (3:30-9:00pm)

• • 5:00- All Call

  • 5:00-6:00 - Dinner/makeup/hair/costumes

  • 6:00-8:30- IDR

  • 8:30-9:00- Cleaning/changing out of costumes

Thurs. Nov. 7 (5:00-9:30pm)

• • 5:00- All call

  • 5:00-6:30- Dinner & makeup/hair/costumes

  • 6:30- House opens

  • 6:45- Show circle and warmups

  • 7:00-9:30- Opening Performance!

  • 9:00-9:30- Cleaning/changing out of costumes

Fri. Nov. 8 (5:00-9:30pm)

• • 5:00- All call

  • 5:00-6:30- Dinner & makeup/hair/costumes

  • 6:30- House opens

  • 6:45- Show circle and warm-ups

  • 7:00-9:00- Performance

  • 9:00-9:30- Cleaning/changing out of costumes

Sat. Nov. 9 (5:00-9:30pm)

• • 5:00- All call

  • 5:00-6:00- Makeup/hair/costumes (recommend to eat a snack)

    • Small things run/Notes if needed

  • 6:00 pm - SHOW CIRCLE

    • This will avoid running late the last night of the show.

  • 6:30 - House Opens

  • 7:00-9:00- Closing!

  • 9:00-9:30- Cleaning/changing out of costumes

  • 9:30 DINNER FOR CAST PARTY

    • We have reservations at 10:00pm at Kitchen 64.

      Sun. Nov. 10 (10:00 - 12:00ish)

• • 10:00 - STRIKE
