Rental rates for 2026
Due to increases in the cleaning and linen costs the committee agreed a slight increase in rental rates for both properties to allow us to continue to break even in terms of income and expenditures over the year.
House rental rates are: Low season - up to July 1 2026, and 1 September 2026 onwards until festive season. £110 per night
High season - 1st July 2026 to 31 August 2026. £135 per night
Loft rental rates are: Low season - up to July 1 2026, and 1September 2026 onwards until festive season. £95 per night
High season - 1st July 2026 to 31 August 2026. £105 per night
