As we have not managed to recruit a new bookings officer, Lindesay Irvine (President) is currently taking this role as an interim solution.  However, this is not sustainable in the long run so please let Lindesay know at qmugradass@outlook.com if you would like this opportunity.

Madras Lodge house and loft have recently undergone some refurbishment.  This included installation of gas central heating,  some rewiring and other maintenance. This will be on-going over time and we will close for a week once a year to continue the work. However, there maybe times when we need to do emergency repairs whilst the property is occupied and we hope you will be tolerant of this need.

2024 Rental Rates

Rental rates for the calendar year 2024 reflect some of the increases in energy prices.  Rental still remains at a reasonable level and no profit is made. A cleaning and bed linen service are included in the prices. Please see the  rental rates  here

How do I pay after Booking?

When you book and/or a balance is due,  you will receive an e-mail with details.   All payments are made direct to the Madras Lodge Bank account.
