About ME

I am a National Board Certified Teacher with classroom experience in 1st and 2nd grade.  I received my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Purdue University in 2002.  Then, completed my masters degree in Curriculum & Instruction/Instructional Leadership with a focus on National Board Certification in 2009.

I live in Elmhurst with my wonderful husband, Bill, and we have 3 amazing kiddos!  Our oldest daughter, Brinkley, is 13 years old and we have twins that are almost 11 years old, Hudson and Hartley. 

I have a passion for teaching and love working with families to ensure that each child excels and achieves his/her goals.  Outside of the classroom I enjoy spending time with my family, going on long walks, baking, and watching movies.  I am looking forward to a great year and meeting you all very soon!
