Main Research Interests

1 - Mesoporous and layered inorganic solids

Description: Studying the fundamental properties of layered inorganic solids and mesoporous oxides to enhance or generate new properties through chemical and structural modifications and investing the properties of guest species confined within these structural pores.

2 - Development of functional nanostructured and hybrid materials

Description: Combining layered and mesoporous inorganic solids with nanoparticles, polymers, enzymes, biopolymers, and bioactive substances to develop functional materials for the agricultural, environmental, and medical fields.
