This team developed a shared spatial data platform for the collaborative. This data is now informing the Watershed Indicators Team.
This state-wide Arizona Birding Trail began as an initiative of the collaborative in Pinal County.
This team explored opportunities for private landowners to work together with larger landowners/agencies on restoration/conservation efforts, and looked for ways to support private landowners learn about opportunities, tools and funding to engage in restoration/conservation efforts on their own land.
Comprised of representatives from each of the four counties in the watershed (Pinal, Pima, Cochise and Graham), this team worked to identify areas of alignment within county planning documents, and clarify opportunities for further discussion and collaboration.
This team researched and helped set up the shared funding mechanism that supports the facilitation of the collaborative.
