Please submit payment for the Rutgers Geology Museum Field Trip

The Webelos field trip to the Rutgers Geology Museum at the Big Brook Preserve in Colts Neck will be on Sunday, May 3rd from 11am - 2pm. The field trip has a cost of $8 per scout and $15 per adult. If you would like to attend, please make your payment below and be sure to notify Merlin Clausing via email at merlinkthomas@yahoo.com.

If you are registering your son, but do not plan to attend yourself, please be aware that parents/guardians will still need to complete an informed consent form for every participating child. This form will be provided by the Rutgers Geology Museum after we are registered for the program. Even though you submit payment for your child to attend this activity, your son(s) will NOT be permitted to participate in this field trip unless you submit a completed informed consent form. There will be no exceptions.
