Pre-registration has closed.

£7 for non combatants includes drinkstop(s) and run

Synopsis:-

Normal style City Hash run with the added element that you could be killed at any time.

Details:-

Those that have pre-registered are listed below.

All other attendees, please pay your £7 on the day to one of the hash cashes.

Combatants, please arrive early to collect your target and weapon. If you haven't collected your weapon by 19:05 you will be pre killed and your target will be given over and your assassin will have had an easy kill.

The killing proper begins after the circle up.

You are advised to wear Ninja Black or Suave Bond.

Target identifiers must be worn around the neck and be readily available for removal once you're dead.

Accidental loss of the target identifier will be punished by ritualised humiliation and then death.

If you lose your weapon you are an idiot and you will find it difficult to kill your target.

The weapon must be used by opening the packet, squeezing on to the dominant hand and applying to the target.

During the run and only during the run will you be permitted to assassinate your target.

The run includes all trail, checks, drinks stops etc and even the bar after the run until only one remains.

Run starts at the Hares cry of 'ON ON' after completion of  the circle up.

A kill is satisfied by the slapping of a valid target on the head or face with the prescribed weapon.

The assassin then inherits his target's target and any unused weaponry, the killing continues.

(Basically the victim hands over his target identifier necklace.)

The only defense against an assassin is to run.

You may not block, parry or punch your way clear.

The weapon may not be thrown.

There are no time outs, do overs or safe zones.

Once assassinated you are out of the game but should continue on the run.

No revenge attacks are permitted.

The game finishes when only one player remains. This may or may not be until well after the run.

NB 1. The person you are hunting is not the person hunting you. (That is true until there are only two left.)

NB 2. Only give up your target to a valid Assassin.

NB 2. There should always be an unused weapon available after a kill. If weapons are damaged beyond use, the victor may request a weapon from the hare or other players.

NB 3. Due to the complexities of ordering the hit lists, visitors and virgins and anybody else who hasn't pre-registered in advance will not be able to participate in the murdering.  They are still be expected to pay the reduced fee of £7.
