Meet 12:00 Old Alleynian Rugby Club SE21 7HA
Run starts at 13:00 from Dulwich Park
Three stage half marathon trail around Crystal Palace over roads, bridges, parks, canals, lakes, a dinosaur lagoon, a palace, the odd ditch and seven hills. Can be contested as a team or as an individual, by bike or on foot*. Competitors are urged to bring their swim wear and plenty of support. Spectators welcome.
Meet 12:00 at the Old Alleynian Rugby Club for a 13:00 start in Dulwich Park
Cost £20 per person, includes Course T-shirt and run number, mandatory course cocktails and evening food.
Competitors are advised to bring a packed lunch, and some additional (soft) drinks for the course.

Dulwich Park to Norwood Park cocktail stop

Norwood Park to Crystal Palace Park cocktail Stop
Stage 3
Crystal Palace to Old Alleynian Rugby Club

Food and PAYGo Bar at Clubhouse

King of the Hill
1 runner over the full course
If challenging for 'King of the Hill', it is recommended to have at least one supporter following by bike with spare clothes and additional supplies as necessary.
7 Hills Challenge
2 or 3 runners alternating stages with cycle support from team members or spectators.
A 2 man team is advised to comprise 2 runners sharing a bicycle. The runner and cyclist way swap at any time.
A 3 man team is advised to comprise 3 runners sharing a bicycle, with each runner completing the whole of one leg.
General Rules
Runners only will be timed
Stage 2 has a lake with a damp short cut. 10 minutes will be taken off your time for taking the short cut. Swimmers must avoid fishermen, yachties and the park rangers and be able to swim.

Cyclists must give may to runners - Be careful
Mountain bikes are advised, however, a 'racer' has completed the whole course.
Cycle support is not mandatory and competitors may manage the course as best they see fit.
