Board meetings are scheduled for the 2nd Sunday of odd months (except for May). Meeting dates are subject to change but in the event that a meeting date is changed we will do our best to give as much notice as possible. Board meetings are open to all Preservation Foundation members and we WELCOME all members to any meeting. Meetings are held at the school (usually in the "Tea" room). The meetings begin at 2:30 p.m. (unless otherwise posted).
