Each mastermind ThinkTank is strategically customized & pared down to its barest niche, ensuring: 1) industry content delivered will receive its due attention & 2) all relative conversations will stay on-track.  This ensures all Thought Leaders will "get what they paid for" in meeting goals, both short- & long-term, as well as experience desired professional growth. 

We recommend approximately seven members maximum, per grouping.  There should absolutely be no exceptions.  This protects the intimacy that will be necessary to give each Thought Leader their due attention, as well as helping each group maintain laser-focus towards their goals within their respective industries.

Each ThinkTank Thought Leader should group their registered professionals according to their professional knowledge-base, as well as their level of professional experience.  In short, we recommend you as the Thought Leader should pair beginners with beginners & advanced professionals paired with fellow advanced professionals. This process will ensure you, as the Thought Leader, will be best positioned to manage all ranges of inquiries, as well as provide your registrants with 100% of the value they paid for.

Each group needs to meet once a week for eight [8] consecutive weeks for approximately 120 minutes.   All Thought Leaders are responsible for creating & enforcing their own mandatory leverage they will have to commit to, should your registrants fail to meet their weekly required tasks.  [E.g., should a registrant not complete all tasks from the prior week, they will have to donate $25 to a charity of your choice.  Or, if a registrant is tardy at the beginning of a session, the leverage is to donate $10 to the charity chosen by you.]  Whatever leverage Thought Leaders create for their respective groups should be stern, yet reasonable [see Legal].  

Prompting action, creating urgency & upholding discipline is sacred to experiencing the desired transformation.  Mandatory leverage ensures this.

Refusal from any of your registrants to the enforcement of any leverage mandated by you as the Thought Leader should be automatic grounds for removal from your ThinkTank program with no refund.
