Little Village Preschool Rate Sheet - 2023/2024

Tuition payments are calculated for the school year of September through August and split into 12 equal payments. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and considered late on the 5th. The summer months (of July and August) may be pro-rated up in order to accommodate up to a total of two week-long vacation(s). No refunds or “make ups” will be made for time missed, holidays, school closures, illnesses, or vacations.

MISCELLANEOUS FEES:

Deposit: The deposit of $250 is due at the time you enroll your child. A thirty-day written notice is required to end enrollment or when intending to decrease hours and/or days. The deposit can be applied towards the last month’s tuition only with the thirty-day written notice. (Please submit notice before the 1st in order to apply your deposit to your final month). If a thirty-day written notice is not given, the deposit will be forfeited.

Enrollment/Registration fee: $200 (fee applies to new families when enrolling one or more children in one school year.) This fee is non-refundable. 

Re-enrollment fee: $50 per child, due at time of re-enrollment This fee is non-refundable.

Annual materials fee: $150 payable September 1 st

Sibling Discount: 10% for each additional child

Diaper fee: see rate schedule above (the lower price applies to the 4-hour program)

Drop-in rate: $6.50 per 1/2 hour, must be pre-arranged with director to ensure space

Late pick-up/Early drop-off fee: $2 per minute (after five-minute grace period) if you do not make arrangements for drop-in care ahead of time. (You need to call if you know you will be late.) There will not be a five-minute grace period at 5:30. This fee will also be applied if you leave your child before his/her scheduled drop-off time, unless approved by the director. The late fee is payable in cash to the teacher in charge at time of pick up. Please call ahead to see if there is space if you need to come early or stay late.

Late tuition fee: If tuition is not paid by the 5th , a $20 late payment fee will be assessed.

“No signature” fee: A $25 fee will be accessed if you forget to sign in/out after two warnings. The sign in sheet is used for roll call in emergency situations, so it is imperative that you remember to sign in. This increases after 5th occurrence.

Return check or declined card fee: $20

Little Village will give 60-days’ notice for any rate increases.

Little Village has a no-refund policy.
