Imaginative Reality (IR) is the third work of the Listen.HK series and provides a different approach to listen to a place’s history and culture.

I start to have the idea of IR was just purely known from the press report [1][2] that the East Tsim Sha Tsui Star Ferry Pier Bus Terminus will be demolished and turned into a cultural piazza. But I found that there are various layers of soundscapes in the space notating different cultures, history events and happenings freely. There may be lack of these kinds of dynamics after the demolition. That is why I try to do something to help preserving these memories.
