Working in close collaboration with our incredible teachers and staff, the Linscott-Rumford Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) works hard each year organizing volunteers and collecting funds that are essential to supporting the best possible school experience for our community of children.
If you are wondering how you can make a difference in your child's Linscott-Rumford experience, we'd love to hear from you!
Every year we work to meet these goals by organizing family fun events, supporting our teachers and staff through enrichment funding and volunteer work, and, of course, raising enough money to ensure that all of these things are possible.
There are many ways to get involved with the PTO — no amount of support is too small. However you are able to contribute to our efforts, it is always appreciated and crucial to the success of our kids!
Though the needs and opportunities may change each year, there will always be a need for volunteer assistance.
Held between September-June, PTO meetings are a great place to connect with other parents and learn more about projects in the works.
With your support, each year we fund enrichment programming and field trips — at no cost to our families!
The primary goals of the Linscott-Rumford PTO are to:
Enhance the educational facilities and opportunities available to our students at Linscott-Rumford
Support the welfare of our students in their homes, school, and community
Strengthen the relationship between the school and home, helping parents and teachers make educated decisions about the education of our children
