Costs

The basic cost for the 5-day workshop is $2,500. However, full-time students pay half price, $1250. The principle behind the student discount is financial need -- we assume students have less money to spend, and even if their department is paying for it, they have access to fewer funds.

So if you are, say, a manager at a company who happens to be getting a PhD in your spare time, please don't sign up as a student.

The price covers the cost of tuition along with lunches for all five days. Participants are responsible for all other costs, including travel, accommodations, etc.

UK community. Students, faculty and staff at the University of Kentucky are eligible to take the workshop at a special rate.

Registration. Information on how to register is available here. Please note that space is limited (55 persons for most modules) so it is a good idea to register as soon as registration opens.

Refunds. If you register but decide not to come, you may obtain a full refund if you notify us at least 1 week before the workshop begins. For more information, consult our refund policy.
