I am Associate Professor of Finance (2026–present) at the Fowler College of Business, San Diego State University. Prior to joining Fowler in 2023, I was Assistant Professor of Finance at the Darla Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina. I also serve as an Editorial Board Member for Decision Sciences.

I received a Ph.D. in Finance (2014) and a Ph.D. in Biophysics (2009), both from University of Wisconsin-Madison. I also hold a B.S. in Chemistry (2004) from Peking University.
