Services & Products

Lemon Creek Digital provides many services for other Artists, Photographers, and Original Content Creators.

A special note about copyright protected materials:

Lemon Creek Digital normally works with the original creator (the copyright holder) and Lemon Creek Digital makes every effort to protect the Copyright Holder's property. Lemon Creek Digital (unless other arrangements have been contracted) is doing work for hire and does not and will not assert any copyright claim for the work done by Lemon Creek Digital for the client.

Lemon Creek Digital will require any client to assert their ownership of the Copyright for any materials that Lemon Creek Digital works on. This includes any items to be scanned, edited, or printed for a client.

If you have materials that you want Lemon Creek Digital to work on and you are not the Copyright holder, you must provide in writing a release from the Copyright Holder before any work will be done or any materials are accepted for work.

File Archive Storage:

As a service to our clients, Lemon Creek Digital retains an archive copy of all scans, edits, and prints it produces for it's clients.

Files are archived on site and off site for at least 12 months from the date of service. While we can not offer a guaranty we will do our best to maintain a working digital copy of your files. Customers should be sure to ask for the final versions of their files when they are satisfied with the product and take steps to do their own archival storage.

On Demand Printing:

Lemon Creek Digital offers "on demand" printing for images that is has printed for it's clients. For prints made for clients that the client desires "on demand" reprints to be available, Lemon Creek Digital requires that the client allow a "printer's proof" to be retained and owned by Lemon Creek Digital. This is part of the cost of our "on demand" printing service. It is needed for future printing color checks and color corrections should our printing system change hardware or software between on demand print runs.
