You will need to complete the following to receive your American Heart Association CPR / AED / First Aid Card
Make sure there has been a discussed Time, Date and Location before you continue.

1. Fill out the Information Form

2. Pay the $45 Course fee via PayPal or Venmo (@Leila-Warren)
3. Watch the 2 Required e-Learning videos before your hands-on skills session: https://edpuzzle.com/open/jalduve
*Videos are 45 min each with questions-you can't fast forward so do not watch them at the last minute
(you do not need to get a 100% on the questions, just do your best!)
*You cannot participate in the skills sessions without having completed the 2 EdPuzzle Videos
***Please use your FULL NAME (not a nickname) when logging in to EdPuzzle
4. Once the above is complete you will be ready for your hands-on skills session with an AHA Instructor (that’s me!)
5. After completing the Hands-On Portion you will receive an email from "e-cards" in about a week.
You MUST claim your card or it will not be considered valid.
You are certified for 2 years!
