The LCC wants to be the site for your next event!

The cost to rent the Leicester Community Center is $200 per day. If you would like to rent our facility please follow these steps:

  Step 1: Check the LCC website calendar to see which dates are rented and those that are still available:

Step 2: Once you confirm your day is available please send us an email at LeicesterCommunityCenter@gmail.com asking to reserve your date. We will hold the date for you and send you a quick and simple application. 

Once we approve your application, we will send you a PayPal invoice which includes all the details for renting the Center.

Step 3: Your invoice will be $200.00 per day. You may pay for the rental by credit card or debit card. Once you have paid, the building will be held on your date.  Payment is required in order to secure your requested rental. 

Please Note: If you are a first-time renter, or one with a history of damages/ poor clean-up, you will be required to pay a $150.00 deposit. Deposits are fully refunded when leaving the community center clean and in good order.

 
PayPal makes your transaction super easy! Please expect to see the following:

• 1. You will receive a PayPal invoice by email.

  2. Click the "Pay Invoice" link to access PayPal.

  3. Review the invoice carefully because it includes the rules regulating the rental. Once you have read and agreed to the terms, click the "Pay" button at the bottom.

  4. Select to Pay with a debit or credit card.

  5. Enter card and card holder details and checkout.

  6. Once we have received notification of your payment, you will receive a letter documenting the payment and confirming your reservation as secure.

The invoice from PayPal serves as a contract for your rental and will lay out all rental procedures and rules. Additional details on how to request a special message on our electronic sign with be provided in the invoice. Be sure to ask any questions or express any concerns before you pay!
