We are well aware that there are times that a commercial kitchen is left short of chefs for a multitude of reasons:

We, won't always have a chef available at a moment's notice, but we may be worth a call.

We are happy to cover everything from a single shift to a number of shifts, to a number of weeks or even regular shifts.

Within reason, we are prepared to travel, as long as the working hours make the travelling worthwhile.
