Our main business is traditional Pig Roasting which is a dying art. For us, however, it is our real passion.
Our second love is Barbecues which we tailor to your requirements.
When not doing an event, we offer our chefs out as Relief Chefs to other establishments who are in need of additional temporary labour. This can be in local hotels, restaurants, and public houses, or further afield.
At the age of 12, the only thing that Lee wanted to be when he left school was a chef. He went to college and did NVQ2 (Hospitality & Catering) and NVQ3 and has since worked in many differing establishments, including running a pub in Plymouth. It was during this period, in 2016, that he did his first Hog Roast, fell in love with it and has not looked back.
