LCCPT was established in 1976 to provide children with an opportunity to participate in various aspects of theatre beyond just being a part of the audience.  Our goal is to awaken interests in theatre arts in children and the community.

Each summer, we provide a complete theatre experience for up to 60 children in grades K-12. Skills are developed in acting, singing, dancing, improvisation, costume design, set design & construction, directing, and more. The show will be announced prior to the start date. Camp dates for this year are weekdays starting June 16 through July 12 (excluding June 19 & July 4) at Elyria High School. Performances will be July 11 and 12 at Elyria High's Performing Arts Center.
