Hello everyone!

We are still being blessed with a lot of moisture this season which has brought the water level up in the marina to over 4 feet at this time. That's  already higher than the highest point last year and it is still rising.

On the other hand it has slowed some of the improvements and projects. We are still working on the dock in between rains, the deck on  the house on the hill is almost completed,(90%) and the road grading has not been started due to the roads being too soggy.  We are also fighting a seemingly never ending battle with the weeds caused by the moisture. I will at this time re schedule the marina dredging party to a later date, probably mid july.

Grant and his family had a good time even with the cold and whet weather and actually got out and water skied even in the rain. Those guys were not going to let a little water scare them. Gabe and Ann's group was a great success also despite the cold and wet.

Our new gate is completely operational with an exit loop and a safety eye, please allow about 3 seconds after entering the code for it to open. Just the four numbers of the code without anything else is all that is needed to enter and as you get close to the gate on your way out it will see you and open. As a back up the other entrance pass the barn will have a chain with the old padlock and the  old combination, just as a back up!  If you have a Liftmaster or Chamberlain garage opener remote I can probably program it to open the gate at the ranch too. Also if your vehicle has a built in remote and you have an available button I can probably program it as long as you have the owners manual with you (some are really tricky).
