I am an Associate Professor with tenure (Profesora Titular) of Economics at Universidad Loyola Andalucía, Spain (accredited tenured professor qualified with A -exceptional- in research by the Spanish National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation, ANECA). I am currently the Academic Secretary of the Department of Economics and Coordinator of the Bachelor's Degree in Economics. Before that, I was an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Management School Y-Schools in Troyes, France, and worked as an economic consultant in Brussels, Belgium.
I earned my Ph.D. in Economics from the Toulouse School of Economics. During my Ph.D., I was a Marie Curie predoctoral research fellow at the ECARES Department in the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium.
I work in Applied Economics. My research interests lie in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Personnel Economics, Behavioral Economics, and Corporate Governance.
I am a member of the Loyola Behavioral Lab (LoyolaBehLAB), a research institute hosted by Universidad Loyola Andalucía. Since 2015, I have been a member of the Loyola Economic Outlook research team at Universidad Loyola Andalucía, and I am currently the technical director.
