A schedule for all of the fundraisers is found on the "Fundraising Schedule" tab and should include:
The due date and the delivery date of each fundraiser
The name and contact information for the chairperson (questions go to that person)
Marianna's and RaiseRight run throughout the season.

Fundraiser Guidelines for GLBPA Members
Late orders will not be accepted.
Payment must be made when an order is submitted. Orders will not be placed if payment is missing. The only exception is the sub/pizza fundraiser. Payment is due the day of pick-up.
Orders are to be submitted to the appropriate bin in the band room. DO NOT email them to the chair, as payment is due with the order. DO NOT give orders to the office or Mr. Czekaj.
*Please note: - The only exception to this guideline is for sub/pizza orders.
Payments for fundraisers should be made with one check or money order, written out to the GLBPA with the student’s name and the fundraiser listed on the memo line.
*PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT CASH. It cannot be secured in the bins. If a check or money order is unable to be utilized, please reach out to a board member.
Someone must be at pick up the day and time of fundraiser pickup, unless prior arrangements have been made with the chairperson.
Questions regarding payments, orders, profits, etc., should be made to the fundraiser chair while the fundraiser is taking place.
