The Lane Library League is a non-profit volunteer group working to expand and improve library service throughout Lane County (Click here to see a list of existing libraries and their services).
In 2024 we awarded nearly $7000 in grants to six volunteer libraries in Lane County. Minutes of meetings have details. Grant applicants are asked to fill out an online grant request form. The same form is used to report on how the grants were spent.
Our Summer Reading Program provides free books and programs to children at volunteer libraries in the areas of Lane County that do not have tax-supported library service.
Our fundraising event, the 25th annual Authors & Artists Fair, will be held from 10am-5pm on Saturday, December 13, 2025 in the Atrium of the Lane Events Center (at the Lane County Fairgrounds), next door to Holiday Market.
Our Board of Directors includes community leaders and librarians from throughout Lane County.
