• • Monday to Friday before 5pm during school terms  

  • Saturday evenings and Sunday

  • Monday to Sunday during school holidays

Facilities include:

• • one large hall (14m x 8 m) with a wooden floor

  • adjoining the main hall is one carpeted meeting room (5m x 3m) capable of seating 12 in boardroom style

  • fully equipped kitchen with large stove and two microwaves

  • reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating

  • hire includes 80 chairs and 10 tables

  • wheelchair access (including disabled toilet and shower facilities)

  • roof mounted projector, whiteboards and pin boards

  • large grassed area adjoining the lake for BBQs etc, free parking, quiet location

Hirer responsibility:

• • glassware, crockery (crookery can be hired for $50 a booking)

  • removal of all rubbish (access to rubbish bin can be added for $40)

  • cleaning of facility at end of hire or if a Saturday night hire before 11am Sunday

We do not hire to youth parties - 14 to 21,

Formal before / after parties or end of year school rties

Hire Fees:

• • $400 for Saturday Evening (4pm - midnight) plus cleaning on Sun morning.  

  • Hall MUST to be cleaned by 11 am Sunday.

  • $300 per day – Saturday or Sunday - available 8am – 4pm

  • Weekend Rates by request

  • Shorter periods Monday to Friday between 8 am – 4pm can be negotiated for regular hires (e.g every Monday from 11-1 pm)

Public liability insurance is now included in the hire fees above for PRIVATE Parties ONLY.

Organisations and Commercial entities must provide a current Public Liability certificate to hire the hall.

How to hire the LTSS Hall

Fill in the attached forms and send to hallhire.ltss@scoutsact.com.au

Provide the following details all details to ensure we can respond to your request are quickly as possible, including

• • Date and Time (including setup and clean up time) 

  • Event type (Engagement, Birthday - with age, weekly meeting) and how many estimated to attend

The hall hire coordinator will get in contact with you to confirm the booking and you will receive an invoice from the treasurer which requires payment as per dates on the invoice.

Bond $200 - required to be paid upon confirmation to secure the date.
