Complete the application you may request from Lakepointe Apartments directly and send it with the required documents including a copy of your driver’s license or state identification, proof of income (bank statements, pay stubs…) and a copy of your social security card. The application must be completed in its entirety and hand signed. The application must be presented to the Lakepointe office or mailed. Electronic copies sent via the internet, email, etc. and incomplete applications will not be processed.

Prices can range from $1,290.00 - $1,645.00 per month depending on view, level and upgrades. We only require the deposit which is determined by your credit and the prorated first month’s rent to move in. Pet's are welcome!

Please note that Lakepointe is strictly a no smoking facility without exception.

Also, please be sure to include a money order for $45.00 for every adult to cover application screening process. An application submitted without the application fee will not be processed. You may drop the documents off in person at the Lakepointe office or mail it to:
