I have Only great things to say about Lakepointe apts. Management is always courteous and ready to cater to my needs. I have always gotten maintenance completed in a timely manner! The grounds are kept immaculate. And the views of the lake are spectacular!!

What a wonderful place to live! Nestled back in a quiet safe neighborhood this beautiful community is perfect for singles, small families and retired folks. My neighbors are amazing people and the property it self is beautiful and well maintained. I Love living here!
I’ve lived at the Lakepointe apartments for several years. Gary, the manager, and his associates do an incredible job of maintaining the property. The grounds are clean and very nicely landscaped, it’s a quiet complex, and is situated in an ideal setting. Rent is reasonable, considering what you are getting. There is a large, well-known business in town which would like to lay claim to the phrase “it’s better at the beach”, but that sentiment really belongs to Lakepointe.

The grounds and my apartment itself are outstanding! The view I wake up to of Devils Lake every day just can't be beat! Someone has always been available if I needed something repaired or had questions. I like coming home to a quiet place. Thanks to the manager Gary for keeping this place the way it is I love the ocean and where I live and probably won't be leaving for a long time if I don't have to.
