Annual dues are a necessary part of maintaining our beautiful lake community. Each lot is required to pay $250 annually prior to January 31st. If the assessment is not paid by March 1st, a late payment charge of $25 shall be assessed against the lot. If the assessment is not paid by June 1st, an additional late payment charge of $25 shall be assessed against the lot. See association documents for more details.
We are excited to announce that we can now take payments online. Before proceeding, please note that there will be an $8.00 fee added to cover the costs associated with taking online payments so the annual fee will be $258 when using the online payment option. Additionally, if you are behind on payments, please contact us via email at lakeferndale@gmail.com prior to proceeding with this payment.
