Welcome to Lake Ferndale, a residential and vacation community in cool, mountain woods, surrounding a private, 50-acre lake. 

Lake Ferndale and its 200 wooded lots lie in Springfield, West Virginia, about 2.5 hours drive from Washington, DC and Pittsburgh, PA, an hour from Berkeley Springs, WV, and Winchester, VA. 

For recreation, community members sun and swim at the private community beach, picnic and celebrate in the new lakeside pavilion, and fish and paddle around the lake. We're right here on google maps.
