DESCRIPTION: Lake Arrowhead consists of 128 (2 or 3) bedroom carriage homes located in 16 separate buildings (8 Units Per Building). The 16 buildings are divided into 4 (A-D) separate associations:
HISTORY: Arrowhead Village was Toll Brothers first introduction of the architecture used for these carriage homes. It turned out to be quite successful, resulting in all 128 homes to be sold in less than 3 years. Toll has since copied this design for many of their other Naples developments. Originally, each condo association (1A-1D) had its own Board of Directors but in 2005, the 4 Boards merged into one Board known as Lake Arrowhead Condominium Association to provide continuity throughout the village.
However, each of the 4 condominiums still exist with separate budgets and expenses. Additionally, Arrowhead homeowners have the opportunity to elect at least one representative to the NLCC HOA main Board. The following chart provides some historical details for each unit.
