The Lace Guild of Oklahoma is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the public interest and appreciation of the art of lace making. We are charter members of the I.O.L.I. (International Organization of Lace, Inc.)
There are many kinds of lace, machine made or hand made. We can appreciate all lace. Some of the techniques for handmade lace use crochet, tatting, knitting, bobbin lace, and needle lace techniques. Join us to keep the love and appreciation of lace and the love and knowledge of making lace alive. Handmade lace is something to treasure. It is a beautiful and fascinating art that anyone can learn young, old, or in between.
