研究室移動のプロセス

• 1. 移籍希望者は、以下の事項を添えて、院生協議会にメールにて連絡。 

     • 氏名

     • 現所属研究室

     • 希望移籍先

     • 移籍希望理由

• 2. 院生協議会が協議のうえ決定。

     • 移籍が認められるとは限らない。

Do you want to move to another research room?

1. Send an email to the GSA with the following information.

   • Your Full Name

   • Your current room

   • The new room you wish to move to

   • Reason

2. The GSA will consider your request and notify you of the decision.

• Your request might not be accommodated.
