Strength, endurance, and definition: expect body weight exercises, and the use of a variety of equipment, to help achieve these goals. You will be encouraged to challenge yourself to see the results you want. Bring out your inner athlete. Options will be provided for all levels of fitness, but if you have medical conditions that limit joint mobility, it is recommended that you contact the instructor to discuss whether this class is for you. This class is for individuals age 16+. For safety reasons class size may be limited.
This class is all about strength, balance and flexibility. Weaving yoga into a strength training program challenges the body and winds down to a restful conclusion. Dress appropriately for the weather, bring water, and please bring your yoga mat for stretch out at the end of the each session.
